Flowers Communications Group | Brand Refresh + Digital Transformation
As lead designer and brand strategist, I helped reposition Flowers Communications Group at a pivotal stage in the agency’s evolution. Its established identity and WordPress website no longer reflected the energy of its growing team, the caliber of its work, or its leadership in culturally relevant communications.
The challenge was to modernize the brand without erasing the equity, reputation, and cultural perspective that had distinguished FCG for decades. I developed an evolved visual system featuring a refreshed color palette, confident typography, dynamic imagery, and a more contemporary digital experience. The new direction extended across the website, presentations, print collateral, internal materials, motion, and the FLOW campaign—creating a more cohesive expression of the agency across every major touchpoint.
The resulting brand felt both progressive and unmistakably FCG: culturally grounded, strategically sharp, and equipped for its next phase of growth. The work earned a 2018 PRSA Skyline Award and strengthened the agency’s position as a forward-looking communications partner with deep cultural expertise.
